Program Description
Conditioning is programmed in-house and is usually a bit less technical than our main CrossFit classes, which makes it a great fit for our free tasters. Don't let that fool you though, it's still a tough class. Using everything the gym has to offer, bodyweight movements, ergs, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, sleds and the rig, we're aiming to get your heart rate up and keep you moving.
Whether you're brand new or a seasoned member looking to mix things up, Conditioning delivers a proper session without the steeper technical learning curve of Olympic lifting or gymnastics work. It's a popular option alongside our 6-Week Intro Course, giving new members a way to build fitness and confidence before stepping into a full CrossFit class, while regular members use it to add variety and recovery-friendly volume to their week.
Beginner-friendly by design
Less technical than our main CrossFit classes, so it's the perfect starting point if you're new to structured training or just getting back into it.
Full equipment access
Bodyweight, ergs, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, sleds, and the rig, every session pulls from the full range of what Celtic has to offer.
Genuinely scalable
Whether it's your first session ever or your five-hundredth, the intensity and load adjust to where you are.
A great complement to your other training
Popular alongside CrossFit, Weightlifting, or as a standalone option for members who want a more accessible entry point.
