Temporary Membership Hold

Before submitting your Membership Hold Request, please read the following important points carefully. By submitting the hold request form, you are confirming that you have read and understand that:

Memberships may be held for a minimum of 6 consecutive weeks.
A one-off fee of £30 applies to holds of 6–8 weeks.
A one-off fee of £45 applies to holds of 9 weeks or longer.
There is no fixed maximum hold duration, but longer holds will be reviewed every 12 weeks.
No additional fee applies if you need to extend an existing hold.
Please provide the specific start and end dates for your requested hold.
Provide the request at least 3 days before your next payment to avoid being billed before the request is fulfilled.
Billing will resume automatically once your hold period ends.
If you choose to cancel your membership during a hold period, our standard 28-day cancellation notice still applies.
If you reactivate your membership after cancelling, the membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will apply, and rates are subject to change.
